PRIVACY AND COOKIE POLICY INFORMATION STATEMENT AND REQUEST FOR CONSENT FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

This information statement is provided pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196, 30 June 2003 as amended (so-called Privacy Code) and pursuant to art. 14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council, dated 27 April 2016.
We hereby inform you that personal data you provide when consulting the websites www.jacuzzi.it and www.jacuzzi.eu, as well as any other domain attributable to Jacuzzi Europe S.p.a., even if bearing a different name, will be processed by Jacuzzi Europe S.p.a. in its capacity as Data Controller (hereinafter also Controller), in compliance with the principles of protections established by the Italian Personal Data Protection Code and all European and national legislation and/or provisions set forth by Control Authorities.
The following information statement is provided in sole reference to the website of Jacuzzi Europe S.p.a. and not for any other websites which the User may browse via links.
You are hereby informed that the non-compulsory, explicit and voluntary sending of emails as well as the filling out of registration and contact forms will result in the acquisition of the sender’s address which is necessary for responding to requests, as well as any other data which any such messages may contain.
Lastly, we hereby inform you that Jacuzzi Europe S.p.a. may propose the purchase of products or services similar to previously requested ones, via email, depending on whether you have provided your address and consent. Under such circumstances, we will endeavour to remind you of your right to express your wish to no longer receive any further similar notifications. A. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
The processing of data spontaneously provided by the User online while browsing and by means of filling out the “Contact us”/registration form or web chat service, is carried out by Jacuzzi Europe S.p.a. for the following purposes:
a. to enable User access to the websites www.jacuzzi.it and www.jacuzzi.eu of Jacuzzi, for purposes strictly connected to the provision of online services and specifically to respond to requests submitted by the User, for the sending of information material;
b. subject to User’s consent, for contact requests and for the effective establishment and management of commercial relations, with particular reference to promotional, advertising, marketing purposes regarding products and services provided by Jacuzzi.
c. prior to User’s consent, to assess the quality of the service offered and the degree of Users’ satisfaction and to analyse Users’ habits and choices, in order to send commercial material best matched to their characteristics.
B. TYPE OF DATA COLLECTED AND PROCESSED
Without prejudice to the Interested Party’s personal autonomy and without prejudice to the provision of browsing data, the provision of data as specified in paragraph A letter a) is compulsory and failure to provide all or even part of data explicitly specified as necessary will result in Jacuzzi being unable to provide the service. Compulsory data are marked by an asterisk.
The provision of data as specified in paragraph A letters b) and c) is optional and failure to provide such data will mean that Users will not be kept up to date on promotional sales initiatives.
C. CONTROLLER, SUPERVISOR AND PERSONS IN CHARGE

You are hereby informed that supplied Data will be processed by: the Marketing Department, the Sales Department of Jacuzzi Europe, the Sales Network of Jacuzzi authorised Agents and Distributors, third parties who provide technological services, also via the internet, all their capacity as persons in charge of processing.
D. PROCESSING METHODS
Personal data provided will be processed at Jacuzzi offices with the use of automated procedures, according to methods and within the limits necessary for the fulfilment of the aforementioned purposes.
We also inform you that personal data provided will be processed with the use of computerised procedures, according to methods and within the limits necessary for the fulfilment of the aforementioned purposes.
The Controller avails itself of services provided by primary companies of the sector, entrusted with carrying out development and maintenance activities for management software, website technical maintenance, the conservation of web chat data (text or voice in the case of VoIP instrument use), whenever necessary by means of hosting and technological services provided by third companies located in European Union countries.
E. TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES
The Controller hereby declares that it does not transfer personal data provided and collected in Third Countries beyond the European Union.
F. CONSERVATION PERIOD
You are hereby informed that supplied data will be processed and conserved by the Controller for purposes strictly connected to those specified in point A, and conserved at the Controller’s offices and Third Country as specified in point A here above, for the period of time required for the fulfilment of requests submitted by the User and for a maximum duration of two years in the case of leads and/or data collected from webchats with private parties and five years for leads and/or data collected by webchats with business customers, justified by sales and marketing requirements. Data will be deleted/destroyed at the end of the conservation period.

GENERAL RULES FOR EXERCISING RIGHTS
We hereby inform you that rights specified in previous paragraphs can be exercised at any moment by sending an email to privacy@jacuzzi.eu together with a digital copy of a valid identity document.
You are hereby reminded that should you request us to stop all processing of your personal data and not only processing for promotional purposes, we will not be able to continue providing requested services and, unless you request us to stop sending promotional messages via automated systems only, in case of a general request to stop all processing we will cease all processing of your personal data, also by means of traditional instruments.
In any case, our company may store some of your personal data if necessary for defending or claiming any of your rights.
